These are pictures I took wandering around Kalighat on Saturday. The first building is Mother Theresa's Home for the Dying- the original building was part of Kali Temple. We walked down one street that had these beautiful paintings on all the walls of the buildings. The boat was at the ghat (or dock? it means water access or something in Bengali). And then there was a marketplace (one of the rarer finds in Kolkata... KIDDING!)
