So here are some pictures from the first few days in Kolkata. Lots of craziness and busy streets- reminiscent of Nigeria but much bigger and more modern. The flag is a Communist one- looks like from the 1970's when the Communist party took power in Kolkata. I'll probably get a better picture of that later- they are everywhere.
